Each individual may only hold one active phpg777 Account. Registering, holding, or operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phpg777 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and confiscate balances upon detection of duplicate registration. If you believe a duplicate Account was created in error, contact phpg777 support at [email protected] immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpg777 login credentials, including your username, email, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose these credentials to any other person under any circumstances. phpg777 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify phpg777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
You are obligated to ensure that all personal information associated with your phpg777 Account remains accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered name, address, or contact information must be communicated to phpg777 support accompanied by supporting documentation. phpg777 will not be liable for failed transactions, delayed withdrawals, or communication failures resulting from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.
phpg777 reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee to Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months, provided the Account has a positive real-money Balance. Players will receive notification at the registered email address prior to any fee application. The applicable inactivity fee rate will be specified in phpg777's current fee schedule as published on the Platform.
phpg777 is required by PAGCOR to operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) program for all registered players. KYC verification is a mandatory condition for enabling withdrawal functionality on any phpg777 Account. The following documents are accepted for KYC submission:
phpg777 may additionally request proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months bearing the Player's registered name and address) and, for large withdrawal requests, proof of source of funds. phpg777 accepts deposits through the following channels, all processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP): GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) online banking, BDO (Banco de Oro) online banking, UnionBank online banking, 7-Eleven CLiQQ kiosk cash deposits, USDT (Tether TRC20 cryptocurrency credited at PHP equivalent), and Coins.ph.
phpg777 may apply deposit limits in accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements and internal risk management policies. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits on their Accounts through the responsible gaming tools available in account settings. Voluntary limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period as specified in phpg777's responsible gaming policy.
Withdrawals from a phpg777 Account are subject to the following conditions:
phpg777 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within minutes to one hour for KYC-verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and UnionBank are typically processed within the same business day. First-time withdrawals undergo additional compliance review which may extend processing time. phpg777 is not responsible for delays attributable to the Player's payment provider after funds have been dispatched from phpg777 systems.
phpg777 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. phpg777 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require enhanced due diligence review.
phpg777 offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free play credits. All bonuses offered by phpg777 are subject to wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions (where applicable), expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits as specified in the individual promotion terms at the time of claiming.
Bonus funds credited to a phpg777 Account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Standard contribution rates apply as follows: slot games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games (including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Dragon Tiger) contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms, typically between 10% and 20%; specialty games contribution rates vary by game and are specified in individual promotion terms.
phpg777 monitors Accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using hedging strategies specifically designed to reduce variance while completing wagering requirements; and coordinating with other players to complete wagering requirements in ways that circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion. Detection of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of all associated bonus funds, forfeiture of derived winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
Bonus funds that remain unclaimed or where wagering requirements have not been met within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation. Expiry periods are specified in individual promotion terms and are clearly communicated at the time of bonus offer.

In the event of a disconnection during an active game session, the game will resume from its last recorded server state when the Player reconnects. phpg777 is not responsible for losses incurred as a direct result of the Player's internet connection instability. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phpg777 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

Where prohibited conduct is detected, phpg777 may immediately suspend the Account, void all pending and recent transactions, confiscate balances derived from prohibited activity, and report the conduct to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting phpg777 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. phpg777 will process closure requests within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money Balance (net of any pending wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following standard KYC and compliance checks.
Upon Account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by phpg777 — all Bonus Funds are forfeited. Winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are also forfeited. Real-money Balance derived from actual deposits and verified real-money wagering activity will be returned to the Player subject to phpg777's standard withdrawal process.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpg777 shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit phpg777's liability for: death or personal injury caused by phpg777's own negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by phpg777; or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
All content on the phpg777 Platform — including but not limited to the phpg777 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and compiled data — is the proprietary intellectual property of phpg777 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without phpg777's express prior written consent. Unauthorized commercial use of any phpg777 intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

phpg777 collects and processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and in accordance with its PAGCOR licensing obligations. Data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and service improvement. phpg777 does not sell personal data to third parties.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising between you and phpg777 in connection with the Platform or these Terms that cannot be resolved through phpg777's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. phpg777's internal dispute resolution process requires that you first submit a complaint in writing to [email protected] and allow phpg777 a period of 30 days to respond before commencing formal proceedings. PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms remain available to Players as an alternative avenue where applicable.
phpg777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, phpg777 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address on record or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of 14 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms is always accessible at phpg777.club/terms-conditions with the effective date and last updated date noted at the top of the document. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
